By sending the application form to Real I.S. AG (Real I.S. AG Company for real estate and assetmanagement, Innere Wiener Str. 17, 81667 Munich), you may agree that your data may be stored, processed and used by Real I.S. AG for the duration of the application procedure and for contacting you in the terms oft he application process. The legal basis for the processing of your application data is thus your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). A further legal basis for the processing is Art. 88 para. 1 GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act) and additionally Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
You cannot send your online application without this consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time with respect to the future.
Storage period
If we are unable to offer you a position, we will retain your data for a maximum of six months after completion of the application process in accordance with § 61b para. 1 ArbGG in conjunction with § 15 AGG. The period begins with the receipt of the letter of rejection.
Data transfer
Your data will only be made available to the departments involved in the decision (responsible personnel or relevant departments, management).
In addition, we are obliged to transmit your data to public bodies and institutions (e.g. public prosecutor's office, police, supervisory authorities, tax office, social insurance carriers, etc.).
Other data recipients may be those bodies for which you have given us your consent to transfer data.
Right to information and request for deletion

Protection of your data
Real I.S. AG guarantees the protection of data in accordance with Art. 25 and 32 of the GDPR through technical and organisational measures.
Your personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for the application procedure. Your personal data will only be processed within the European Union (EU).
Cookies
Cookies are temporarily installed on your computer by the applicant management system in order to make navigation and work easier for you.
The applicant management system only uses temporary cookies (session cookies), which are automatically deleted as soon as the user closes the browser.
Your rights

1. Right to withdraw your data protection consent according to Art. 7(3) s. 1 GDPR
You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future. However, this does not affect the legality of the processing until revocation.
2. Right of access according to Art. 15 GDPR
You have the right to request confirmation whether we obtain personal data concerning you.
In this case you have the right to get information about your personal data as well as further information, e.g. the purposes of processing, categories of personal data concerned, the recipients and the planed period of storage or the criteria used to determine that period.
3. Right to obtain rectification and completion according to Art. 16 GDPR
You have the right to obtain the correction of incorrect data without delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to obtain the completion of incomplete data.
4. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") according to Art. 17 GDPR
You have a right of erasure, as far as the processing is not necessary. This is the case, if your data is no longer necessary for the original purposes, for example if you have withdrawn your consent or if the data was processed unlawfully.
