Asset Manager Commercial Real Estate - Ireland (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for the active asset management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Ireland

• Prepare leasing and investment decisions and lead lease negotiations with key tenants

• Preparation and monitoring of property budgets and business plans in cooperation with Fund Management

• Develop and implement asset strategies to optimize property performance and unlock value enhancement opportunities

• Prepare and coordinate internal and external reporting

• Evaluate acquisition opportunities in the Irish market in cooperation with Investment Management

• Support and actively manage property acquisition and disposal processes

• Represent Real I.S. funds internally and externally in the Irish market

• Establish and maintain relationships with key market participants in Ireland and, where required, across other European markets

• Monitor market trends and translate market insights into asset and investment management strategies

• Degree in economics, law, architecture or a comparable discipline, ideally with a focus on real estate

• Several years of professional experience in asset management, real estate investment or a related field

• Strong knowledge of the Irish real estate market, particularly within the residential and office sectors

• Sound understanding of real estate economics, financial analysis, cash flow modelling and asset / portfolio management

• Experience in managing and implementing strategic projects

• Excellent proficiency in English, German would be appreciated

• Ability to work independently with a structured and self-reliant working style

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking combined with excellent problem-solving capabilities

• Confident presence and ability to operate effectively in both national and international business environments

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Very high level of motivation, exceptional flexibility and ability to perform under pressure

• Willingness to travel occasionally
