Ihre Aufgaben
- Management of Dutch commercial properties (office, retail, logistics and possibly residential)
- Development of property and rental strategies
- Drawing up, coordinating and monitoring of property budgets and business plans
- Preparation of rental and investment decisions
- Active involvement in property acquisitions and sales
- Conducting of contract negotiations (rental, brokerage and service agreements)
- Provision of support for key tenants
- Selection, monitoring and management of external service providers, especially property managers
- Realisation of value enhancement potentials and optimisation of property performance
- Internal and external reporting
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Degree in economics, law or architecture or similar qualification, ideally property-related
- Several years of professional experience in property or asset management, experience of working abroad would be advantageous
- Extensive knowledge of the Dutch property market (different asset classes)
- Profound knowledge of relevant real estate KPIs and procedures
- Excellent proficiency of English and Dutch, German would be appreciated
- Ability to think analytically and conceptual, to have a fast comprehension, and to work structured and carefully
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills
- Very high level of motivation, exceptional flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Intercultural competence and good manners
